Introduction
Who am I?
For the Reflections unit at Freestyle, we were prompted to determine our most important values and creatively incorporate them into our work. In English, we worked on our personal statement essay and a lyrical essay on any topic of our choice, each involving a bit of research and creative thinking. We completed several pieces of artwork in Digital Media, including a Mandala, pastel and watercolor paintings in Photoshop, and a surreal art piece. This year in Animation we focused on 3D digital modeling, creating various objects as practice until finally designing our own weapons and characters.
Through this unit, I was able to reflect on the little things I hold dear to me, as well as the things I struggle with. We created a list of “essence objects”:
