To create some of our visual productions, we used InDesign, where we learned about different ways to place text and images and made our own templates. We also made illustrations mainly in Illustrator or Photoshop and placed them in our InDesign productions.

We were assigned a one page flyer on any real or imaginative organization or event. I chose to make up an event of an organization that I also made up. My favorite part of the project was making my own QR code that takes you to my website!

As part of the documentary project, I created a tri-fold brochure on my subject. I learned how to make my own template and I looked at good examples to get a sense of what an effective brochure looked like. I enjoyed making irregular shapes for my design and overall, it was a fun project.
