This week’s prompt was to tell a love story, which I tried to show between two cranes. One is in focus, poor and crippled, who watches another atop a tower of coins. That being said, the exposure and focus of this shot is completely off- there is almost no detail that isn’t swallowed up, and I would love to redo this shot in an environment with more light so more detail and subtlety could come through.
This week’s topic was “warmth,” so I wanted to use this candid that I took of Victoria Lam doing homework outside in San Jose State University- as she worked despite the cold outside, in a warm long sleeved sweater.
This photo was to take a shot that shows a depiction of myself, without showing my face. I chose to take a picture of my oboe, which plays a large role in my life and also parallels with it as well.
