This week, our theme was to photograph what we’re grateful for since thanksgiving is so soon. I photographed my boy scout sash because my scouting career is coming to an end. My Eagle Scout board of review is tomorrow and I will age out exactly two weeks afterward. Scouting has given me a lot of great memories and experiences that I am grateful for. I feel like scouting was an essential part of my life in middle and high school and has allowed me to grow as a person. I’m also thankful to have a kind and caring grandmother who agreed to use her master sewing on the giant red “Rimrovers” patch when I ran out of fabric adhesive. Thanks, Gram.
