Pro Tools
We learned how to use Pro Tools, a sound editing software, to make virtual instrument sections so that we’d be able to eventually make our own music. Here is a screenshot showing some of Pro Tools’ virtual instruments.
Reason
In addition, we also learned how to use Reason, which is another sound editing software, to make music.
EDM 8-Bar song
We then used Reason to write a short EDM or electric dance music song. I personally don’t listen to EDM or any similar music, but I still had fun messing around with the different instruments in Reason.
