This is my dog, Mochi. I composed this photo in this way to emphasize the fact that she is looking off towards something off frame. It almost adds a sense of mystery to it all. When utilizing the rule of thirds, it’s very important that you do so correctly. If she was in the same position but looking towards the left, it wouldn’t look right as she would be looking directly off frame, facing away from the picture. I enjoyed taking this picture of my dog since she’s just so cute.
