Photo from the top of the Safeway parking lot.

Whenever I’m on the second story of a building, I always feeling like I have a view of everyone down below living out their daily lives, and I feel like a bystander watching the crowd of people move through their days. This is why I chose to take a photo from high up, over looking a parking lot full of cars. Most people were probably just running errands, but it’s always fascinating knowing you’re getting a small glimpse into the life of a stranger. While taking this photo I used the rule of thirds, and in editing I brought out more color and contrast into the scene.
