One of the first things that came to mind reading “new beginnings”, especially at this time of year, was spring, and another main thing coming to mind with spring is flowers. I have a big backyard with lots of flowers, perfect for this idea, which I used for this photo. They were shot inside a glass on a black velvet background, which I further darkened in editing.
