The view out to sea from an archway in Santa Barbara, California.

This image was taken in the middle of a courtyard surrounded by a circular structure made of multiple large archways. Although this image is a key example of framing rather than leading lines, the palm trees and archway itself lead the eye to the middle of the image. The stones of the courtyard also draw the eye to the ocean view, and the three stair railings provide a nice center point to focus sight on the ocean and mountains in the distance.
