To show silhouettes, I decided to do a staged photo. I cut up pieces of paper that looked like the moon and stars and hanged them from string. Then to create the shadow effect I placed a light diffused with a sheet behind them. I like the arts and crafts look of it because its reminiscent of a baby’s bedroom. It provokes a nostalgic, warm feeling of being tucked in as a child.
