To show gratitude, I decided to photograph my two birds, Petey and Winter. They were scared of the camera so I held it far away and zoomed in on the photo. I’m grateful for them because they have taught me a lot about bird care and what it takes to own a bird which is harder than you might think. When I feel like interacting with other people is too complicated I can always spend time with them because hanging out with animals is way easier.
I changed the color balance to be less warm and increased the brightness in photoshop, not to mention I cropped the photo so I could get the composition I wanted like I mentioned previously.
