This week, the challenge was to tell a lie through your camera. The lie that’s being portrayed is the lie that the lizard (Echo the gecko) is believing. He’s looking at a stuffed animal version of himself, thinking it’s a living object. He’s not that smart, he doesn’t know the stuffed animal is lying to him by not being real.
In reality, I managed to get a photo of Echo looking at the stuffed animal with his mouth open so it looked like he was surprised. In photoshop, I added a screen layer because it was too dark. Then, I played with the colors and saturation so it looked more gloomy and dramatic, to add to the “lie.”
