This week we were challenged to capture aging in a single photograph, so the first thing I thought of to visually show aging was to shoot the rings on a tree since that’s how their age can be determined. I like this photo because it has a lot more detail than just tree rings, for example, the cracks, green lichen and the color of the wood.
