Speed Light Shots

Take 4 photos with your speed lite, and post them all so that the differences are visible. Look at the resource in the photo prompts google sheet.

This prompt involved experimenting with the speed lite, or flash, on a camera. It was interesting how different types of flash light in different places changed the subject and mood of the image. For example, pictures without as much flash failed to highlight the blue in the wallpaper to the left. However, I was a bit disappointed that every picture I tried with a straight-on flash turned out to bright. It could have been edited later in photoshop, but I think that would be missing the point of the assignment. Anyways, I enjoyed learning to use the Flash and bringing new possibilities to my photos.
