The last time I went and visited my uncle Brent’s houseboat on the delta, we waited for him at a peer in Walnut Grove. They had a really colorful wooden map of their town featuring advertisements from local venues around the border. I took a picture of this vibrant and colorful map and then threw it into Photoshop to try and still capture the liveliness of the sign in black and white.
