This week’s theme was habits. There are good and bad habits, like making your bed every morning, procrastinating, and exercise. I believe exercise should be a habit, and I strive to fit in some sort of physical activity every day. The pair of dumbbells in this photo was one of the first pieces of equipment I obtained on my fitness journey.
