The difference about these two photos is the brightness. When I took this photo, one thing that was a challenge was the shadows and colour contrasts of her outfit and hair specifically. Something I realised after the fact was how I put the darker hues closer to the light source, which at the time was the sun. Had I staged her differently, the light may have reflected elsewhere. To lessen the WB blowout, I changed my ISO and aperture to let less light in.
