Narrative Visual Perspective in English

In English, after plenty of reserach, we were instructed to write a 5-7 page reserach essay about a topic we are passionate about. I chose to do the topic of the death penalty because it’s a very contriversial issue, and I feel like its something that I genuinely need to be educated on.

I created this collage to go along with my reseraach essay. I was inspired by life and death, which can both be found in nature and represented in flowers.

For this project, I think the hardest part of it was to come up with the idea, rather than the actual execution. We did a similar project in Design at the beginning of the year, so I am relatively familiar with the actions I needed to take within Photoshop. I have to say, another struggle for this project was finding photos that fit the angle I needed. I really wanted to do a ballerina who was blended into a field of flowers, and her dress seemed to match perfectly what I had envisioned.
