milo rathbun – Composition
In this photoblog, I was tasked with framing my subject using natural surroundings. Since I often use people as my subjects I saw this modern looking stool and decided to photograph it. I moved everything around the stool and I moved it so that it was sort of between the two cabinets behind it almost making a “frame” for it. I played around with a couple of angles but the simplicity of this one clicked with me. After I had the photo I edited it a bit to better center it and increased the shine on the aluminum areas.
