A love story doesn’t need to be romantic to be significant. My aunt absolutely adores our dog, and yet stubbornly refuses to get any pets of her own. She will never admit it to me, but I know how badly she wants one considering how much time she spends spoiling our dog and cat. I enjoyed how this shot came out because the gazes of her and the dog lead the viewer’s eye in a loop up and down to see what each of them are gazing at.
