Shadow

Posted on February 3, 2020September 16, 2020 by x

Another older photo, this time from back over holiday break. My cousin and I did a photoshoot at my uncle’s house by their giant bay windows. I really like the way the lighting in this shot is set up: my face is totally visible, but the light source is coming from behind me. It’s an odd contrast and I think it works well with the photo challenge prompt for this week. It makes me think about how I can be happy while not being totally ecstatic. In other words, I can have a good balance of light and dark in my life.
