The prompt for this photo was “tell a lie”. I struggled to think of what photo to take for this until I started to think about what object might be deceiving. The first thing I thought of was fake flowers, since they can look very realistic to the point where one might get them confused for real flowers. In that way, fake flowers can be seen as a lie. After taking the photo, I used adobe photoshop to emphasize the warmth and vibrancy that was present in the original image
