Introduction
This unit, we focused on answering the question: “Who Am I?” through the different projects we did in each class. We were able to explore and reflect about ourselves in such creative ways. In English, we drafted a college essay that best describes ourselves and our experiences. In Digital Media, we created a Mandala in Adobe Illustrator using certain elements that best represents us in quite a unique and distinctive way. We also used Adobe Photoshop to make digital paintings such as pastel and watercolor, and finally we played around with photoshop composition. Below I have listed my “essence objects”, objects that are significant to me, which was a great exercise to start off our college essay brainstorming in English.
- Old grey TV
- Bag of sweet cereal

Thanks to this unit, I was able to learn more about myself by reflecting certain experiences in my life that has shaped the person I am today which is still developing. With the help of Freestyle, I got the opportunity to share different pieces of myself in many ways which I have greatly enjoyed.
