This week’s photo challenge was to use the rule of thirds to capture motion. I did this by photographing my sister shooting a basketball in our backyard. Her position in the photo as well as the wall and fence behind her, fall along the gridlines and intersections of the Rule of Thirds. She is in action, about to shoot the ball; demonstrating the motion component of the challenge.
