This week’s prompt had me take a picture of trash to tell a story. Initially, I had no idea what to take a picture of, but after looking through my garage, I found some cardboard boxes that were filled with some old items. Although this wasn’t necessarily trash, I felt that they still represented something that was being thrown out, as they hadn’t been touched in a long time. I used a low aperture setting so that the background of the photo would be out of focus and the box in the foreground would be clear. The messy feeling that the photo has adds to the theme of “trash”.
