Milo Rathbun – Story Telling

In this photo, I was tasked with telling a story of someone I don’t know. To do this I put myself in the shoes of the audience and acted as though everyone was someone I didn’t know. To tell a story and add a much more abstract element to the photo I made it so that my subject (the person in the photo) was largely out of focus. I feel as though when you don’t give the full clear picture the viewer is forced to engage and fill in the gaps.
