I was inspired by the exit prompt and decided to photograph a plant that almost looked as though it was trying to escape the confines of our house to be outside. The original photo turned out very dark, so I edited to make sure the plant was light enough while keeping the bright window as is. I’m glad with how the lighting turned out after editing and and the story the photograph can tell.
