Emotion in Thirds

F4.375 ISO: 6,400 1/100 Lens: 18/55mm

To add emotion to the rule of thirds, I photographed a shelf of paint organized by color. I thought each color could represent a different emotion; red for anger, yellow for happiness, blue for sadness, and so on. The different sections align with each third of the frame, thanks to the angle. I enjoyed photographing this because of the contrast between all the colors and the shelf itself. I like the variety of colors that are still all cohesive.
