In this photograph, I focused on the pattern of the shadow from the wooden sculpture. I felt that the geometric shapes looked like a silhouette and resembled an ancient temple or roof. Also, I found it interesting to see the difference in depth of color between the two shadows. This photo taught me that ordinary objects can seem “extraordinary” if we choose to look at them through different lenses and perspectives.
