Symmetry in Landscapes

Large cactus with lots of fruits
This Picture is Looking Sharp!

This week, we were challenged to find symmetry in landscapes. We learned that naturally, the human eye loves even, symmetry and that photos can become much more visually appealing if there is some symmetry involved. Even though the entire photo is not symmetrical, I chose to take this photo because I loved how sections of it were symmetrical. For example, each “arm” of the cactus is symmetrical, and the fruits are symmetrical, and the patterns of fruits lining the top of the arms were also symmetrical, which i found very intriguing.
