I chose this photo to represent “New Beginnings” because there are stockings and holiday lights in the photo that remind you of December. When I think of December, I think of a new year beginning and leaving the past year on a good note. I had a fun time messing around with my camera features, and I really like how the photo turned out.
If I were to make this again, I would try to find a better focal point because I think everything looks a bit blurry. I would also find a better way to shoot this indoors because I think the flash reflecting off the door is a bit harsh.
