This prompt made me immediately look back to the first photo challenge. The prompt was also “Self-Portrait” and I decided to take a picture of my favorite wall in my room, the wall that I think defines me the most. I decided to do that again. A lot can change in two years, and looking back at the first photo, almost nothing you see in that image is still on my wall. Another thing I chose to do differently with this photo is zoom out a little, to include some of my shelf. My shelf includes my rock collection, candles, my glasses, chapstick, letters from my partner, pictures of my friends, and more. Everything on this shelf makes up who I am and including it in this final photo I think is a nice touch.
