I took a photo from the bottom of the stairs. I wanted to make the stairs look giant. I also wanted the light at the top from the window to make it look like the stairs are leading nowhere.

For the prompt silhouette, I made a shadow puppet. This is the silhouette of a bunny.

For this photo, I included a few items that I got as gifts. I included a stuffed turtle from my brother, and a frog and candle from my friends. I am gratful for all of these people.

For this week, I decided to use a photo of my friend, Thea. This follows the rule of thirds because her face is at the intersection. I also wanted to make her body language look sad.

For this prompt, I wanted to choose a subject that could imply color. So I chose grass and trees because by looking at it, you would be able to tell that they were green.

For this prompt, I wanted to show the person who inspired my love of reading. In middle school, my grandpa gave me the Throne of Glass series. He gave me them one at a time each with a note inside. So each time I finished one, I could talk to him about how the story had progressed and he would give me the next one.

In order to fill the frame, I zoomed in on my gecko. His heat lamp is red which turns his entire tank red. So I filled the frame with the red light.

One night, my friends and I decided to create an upside down person. So we put pants on her head and a sweater on her legs with a soccer ball as a head.

For this photo, I wanted to show how the microwave reflects light. You can see streaks of light in the border, the reflections on the buttons, and myself taking the photo.

This is my friend Thea. For this week, I used Adobe Photoshop to split her photo into left and right halves. I made one version of her face from each half.
