One of the prompts for this month’s photo blogs was mood. While walking around a part of town, I noticed these flowers in front of a tree decorated with seasonal lights, and thought the dark background with these illuminated portions would make for a neat looking photo. I think the lighting aids a lot in giving the picture a peaceful sort of mood to it. The dark background of the tree with the warm tones of the light and flowers makes it feel cozy and comforting in my opinion.
