Rule of Thirds – Motion

I took this photo on film this summer in Lake Tahoe. Using the rule of thirds, I captured the motion of my friends jumping into the lake. Positioned in the lower left section of the photo, the subjects’ arms form diagonals leading to the lake that show where they are going, making the photo more visually interesting.
