Photo Blog 11: Accidental Renaissance

Dogs erupting in chaos at Cuesta Park

This week, we were challenged to take a photo with a Balanced Renaissance composition. This was especially challenging for me, as I am still unsure what a Renaissance photo is specifically defined as. In order to take this photo, I tried to find events of action and chaos, as that is what comes to mind when I think of Renaissance photos. As I was walking in Cuesta Park, I came across a series of dogs that were fighting and thought that it somewhat resembled the multitude of action that occurs in Renaissance paintings. The center subject, the man, is also surrounded by chaos, which occurs in Renaissance photos.
