A Bird’s Viewpoint

For this week, our challenge was to switch up our point. As individuals, we only see the world from our respective height. Sure, we can drive to the top of a mountain to get a higher view, but even then, we never reach the perspective that an ant or a bird for example would have. So, for this week I decided to go to a tree, which would allow me to have the composition be placed at a spot higher than it would be for humans. When taking the photo, I tried to position the lens right on the branch so it would make it more realistic in terms of a bird’s POV. Accompanied by the branch in the foreground, there are some unique looking branches that are curving and bending in all different directions which makes the composition more complex.
