Who Inspires Me

Lighting
Lines and shapes are used in this photo to draw the eye of the viewer to the tree trunk. The branches create leading lines towards the trunk.
Friends & Family
Chi pao are traditional Chinese dresses worn on special holidays. Growing up, I had so many different chi pao, yet I hated them. Looking back, I wish I liked wearing them. They’re so beautiful and soft, and remind me of the days when my Grandma was here.
My Habits
This could be a bad habit in the future, but for now it’s just something to keep me busy when I grind through college apps. I guess it gets bad when I get splinters in my mouth from the shells.
Symmetry Portrait
I manipulated a picture of my dog to compare the symmetry in his face. I used Photoshop to manipulate the photos and arrange them side by side.
