This week we were challenged to take a picture of motion using the rule of thirds. Sometimes we think of motion as quick and sudden, but as I was looking at this palm tree, I realized that motion can be subtle movements like this one. It wasn’t particularily very windy when I took this, but the palm tree was swaying, and the leaves were rustling with the wind.
