How do you create a story?
We developed our own narratives through extensive brainstorming and exchanges of ideas. Working in teams, I was part of the creation of two different, expansive narrative projects where we discussed and envisioned complicated and meaningful stories. Having used our imagination and teamwork to create these stories, we developed these into complete projects. In English we created a narrative treatment for a world where we could explain every happening and detail. In Animation we developed a three minute 3D animation telling the story of four monsters. In Digital Media we took these narratives and created projects using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, wooden laser-cutters, and photography. The focus of every piece was the story it told.
