Photo Haiku
Our first project in our Conceptual unit in English and Digital Media was our Haiku Videos. In English class, I learned about the complexities and deeper meanings of haikus, and created my own following the randomly chosen concept statement of “I am exploring the feeling of satisfaction through dancing”. In Digital Media, I was then able to create a video to showcase my poem, with added visuals, narration, and background music.
I’m very thankful to have completed this video and photo production project because I valued learning more about haikus than I had previously, as well as learning the basics of Premiere Pro.
Elements & Principles of Art
In Digital Media, we learned about the different elements and principles of art, which are the basis for many various art forms. In order to learn more about them, we created presentations showcasing different photographs, paintings, and modern art pieces that displayed each element and principle directly.
